    • Compulsory Gala Dinner :
  • New Year Eve Gala Dinner charge on 31 December 2013 Adult 5,700 baht net/person
       Child age 4-11 Years old 2,850 baht net/child
    • Maximum number of guests in each room type:
  • Studio Suite : 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years or 2 adults
  • 1 BR Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults
  • 2 BR Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 5 adults
    • Remarks for Monthly Rate:
  • Monthly rates are subject to 10% serviced charge and VAT, per room per month
  • During peak season (20th Dec – 10th Jan) a supplemental surcharge will apply (Baht 800/night for Studio, Baht 1,000/night for One-Bedroom and Baht 2,000/night for Two-Bedroom)
  • For tenancy of less than three months, a security deposit of one month rental plus one month rent in advance is required.
